Pricing
We price by the project, not the hour, because you deserve to know the total before you commit — and because an hourly meter rewards slowness. Every quote is fixed, tied to a written scope, and delivered with a date. Roughly 8 out of 10 projects land inside the bands below; we'll tell you on the discovery call if yours is the exception.

The guarantee
Every fixed-quote project carries the delivery-or-discount guarantee: the delivery date is set at kickoff and written into the contract, and if we miss it — for any reason that isn't a client-side delay or a signed scope change — the price drops 5% for every week we run late.
Common questions
How much does a website cost?
Quick-launch sites run $1,500–$3,000 and go live in one to three weeks. Custom builds — booking, portals, e-commerce — run $5,000–$12,000. You get a fixed quote before we start, and it doesn't move unless you change the scope in writing.
Who actually does the work?
The founder — a senior engineer with 10+ years shipping software, and a track record you can see on the Work page. For skills outside that lane (illustration, video, specialised ad management), we bring in specialists under our management and quality bar. What you never get: your project handed to a junior or a team you've never met.
What is the delivery-or-discount guarantee?
At kickoff we set a delivery date and put it in the contract. If we miss it for any reason that isn't a client-side delay or a signed scope change, your price drops 5% for every week we run late. No caps hidden in footnotes.
Do I own my website, code, and accounts?
Yes — all of it, from day one. Domain, hosting, source code, analytics, ad accounts: registered in your name, on your billing, with you holding admin access.
Do you white-label for agencies?
Yes. Sites, apps, and AI automation delivered under your brand, with your client relationship staying entirely yours. NDAs as standard; we never contact your clients directly.
Why don't I see client testimonials on this site?
Because we won't fake them, and we only publish results a client has approved in writing with numbers we can stand behind. The named engagements and outcomes on the Work page are exactly that — approved facts, not quotes we wrote for someone. References available on request as engagements allow.
Can AI actually help a business my size?
Yes — the ROI math is simple. An automation that saves one employee five hours a week pays for itself within months. We start small: one repetitive task, one clear guardrail, one measurable result, then expand from there.
