Discovery first
Every project starts with a free 45-minute call. We dig into how the business makes money, what's broken, and what a win looks like in numbers — more calls, fewer admin hours, higher average job. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Fixed quote, in writing
You get a written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date before any work begins. No hourly meter running, no "we'll see how it goes." If you want to change scope mid-project, we price the change first and you approve it — the quote never moves on its own.
Weekly demos
Every week you see the real thing — not a status email, the actual working site or app. Short recorded demo, plain-English notes, and one question: does this match what's in your head? Course corrections happen in week two, not week ten.
Delivery — or a discount
The delivery date set at kickoff is in the contract. If we miss it for any reason that isn't a client-side delay or a signed scope change, the price drops 5% for every week we're late. We've structured the whole studio — careful scoping, limited project slots — so this promise stays easy to keep.
Handoff and care
At launch you get training, documentation, and every login in your name. Then you choose: run it yourself with our docs, or put it on a care plan and never think about updates, backups, or breakage again. Either way, you own everything — and you always will.
